Estimation of physio-chemical properties of different plant parts of Casuarina equisetifolia L. and Swietenia macrophylla King

Physiochemical analysis of fresh leaf, dried bark and roots Casuarina equisetifolia Swietenia macrophylla was carried out to find the pH, EC, total phenols, proteins carbohydrates. From study it found that pH highest in leaf both tree species. The EC recorded root C. S. respectively. As for phenol content Total showed leave And carbohydrates, macrophylla. results indicated carbohydrates exhibited more when compared equisetifolia. However, phenols than is compatible as intercrop agroforestry system having high protein with small amount which can hinder growth agricultural crops future.
